Yesterday (Thursday, May 6) we volunteers of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) in Parañaque City re-tested and re-sealed (photos here) the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines to be used in the Philippines’ first ever automated national and local elections scheduled on May 10, 2010.
