Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo is a Physician, a Health Policy Consultant, a Real Estate Broker, and a Law Student.
He finished his undergraduate studies at UP Diliman’s National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. His thesis, sponsored in kind by the San Miguel Brewery and published in the journal Science Diliman, was about a peptide-based nutritional supplement that promoted the growth of industrial brewer’s yeast.
Dr. Domingo obtained his medical degree from the UP College of Medicine in 2008, and was admitted to the Medical Profession in the same year. While in the third year of medical school, he served as the Chairperson of UP Manila’s University Student Council, in addition to his participation in the UP Medicine Student Council. He actively participated as a student representative in Philippine Congressional deliberations on what is now known as R.A. 9500 or the University of the Philippines Charter of 2008. Also while in medical school, he joined a fraternity – the Upsilon Sigma Phi.
At present, Dr. Domingo works by day as a Consultant at the Health Policy Development Program, a USAID-supported project that provides technical assistance to the Department of Health. He is also a student of the UP College of Law.
