Visions and Dreams

Last night, I dreamt of taking our second Pathology exam along the sidewalks of Pedro Gil.
It was a really weird dream; my classmates and I, in full white garb, where seated on the tree stumps and dusty canal covers while a known Anatomy professor distributed our testpapers. And, the testpaper I got was the answer key at first (which I promptly returned and had replaced).
When I got to actually answering the questions, the dream got more confusing. A lot of items were answerable, but I needed to refer to Robbins (textbook reference) every now and then. It turned out to be an open-book exam! And the surroundings changed – this time I found our class inside the second-floor lobby of the CM Main Building.
Weird.
Anyway, for the vision part:
Reports came in just this morning saying that in UP Los Baños (UPLB), the dominant ruling party Sakbayan lost to another party called Buklod. The impact of this is political in nature: Sakbayan is the equivalent radical party of UP Diliman’s Stand UP. Buklod, on the other hand, has as its allies the likes of Alyansa in UP Diliman.
To add to the surprise, the UPLB student voter’s turnout was also reported to be at an all-time high.
What are the ramifications of this development?
